Abbott Interiors was established in 1986 as a full service design firm by principal designer Eleanor E. Samuels. Specializing in both residential and commercial design, Abbott Interiors has been showcased all over the Northeast corridor. Eleanor Samuels was a founding member and leading designer for the Boston Design Center “Designer-on-Call (DOC)” program , providing access to the finest local, national and international design showrooms. Member of IFDA.
Our hallmark is a love of color, traditional elegance and comfortable interiors. Our Designers place emphasis on classic interiors with a flair for today, blending the architecture of the home with the individual taste of the client.
Abbott Interiors has been chosen to showcase it’s talent at several prestigious venues in the Boston area. These include Junior League Show Houses: The Andrew Stafford House (Salem, MA) and The Commandant’s House (Charlestown Navy Yard, MA). Minuteman Show House’s include both The Lexington and Winchester Houses. Abbott’s has been featured in the Boston Globe and the Newton Tab, and also has been seen in Architectural Digest and House & Garden; and published in Country Interiors; Room by Room by Carol Meredith.
